Job Summary

As an Assistant or Relief Draft Beer Quality Technician (RDQT), you are responsible for ensuring local bars/restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will be visiting customer locations to keep their equipment clean and serving great beer as well as building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders.

Responsibilities and Duties

RDQTs assist Draft Beer Quality Techs with the maintenance of draft beer systems in restaurants and bars. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, mechanical skills, high integrity, self-motivation, and A willingness to provide excellent quality of work and customer service. Willing to work and ride with Draft Beer Quality Technician and be responsible for the route when needed.

Average work hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (No Weekends and nights scheduled, but overtime opportunities available)

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Have a valid drivers license
  • Reliable transportation to use for work purposes during training period
  • Able to lift 50 plus lbs
  • Hands-on quick learner

No previous experience required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.25/hr with an increase upon completion of incentive program plus growth opportunities within the company.
