Position Summary:We are looking for a driven individual to serve as part of our environmental services management team. In this role, you will lead a housekeeping team, ensuring that patients have a safe and clean environment. We’ll provide you with the necessary training and tools to help you succeed and prepare for advancement into a director role.

If you are willing to work hard, lead with intention, and hold yourself and your team accountable for your results, you’ll be successful. It is expected you’ll be promotable within 12 months of experience in being an Assistant Director.

  • Train and develop team members to uphold HHS’ standards and to create a positive team environment
  • Recruit quality team members who reflect HHS’ values
  • Create and manage team member schedules
  • Communicate regularly with hospital staff to align goals and expectations
  • Perform daily inspections, providing coaching, and discipline
  • Willingness to follow HHS defined policies and procedures
  • Be a good financial steward of HHS and hospital resources
  • Manage vendor ordering for the housekeeping team
