Assistant Director Of Education

As the Assistant Director you will:

• Be responsible for all educational operations of the center including hiring, training, and scheduling of your teaching staff.
• Plan and conduct teacher meetings.
• Work to ensure the integrity of our academic programs.
• Conduct student academic evaluations.
• Conduct some student instruction.

Some weekday evening hours are required.
We are seeking an individual with education, customer service, and management background and a desire to learn and have the potential to grow with our company.
That person must be able to demonstrate that they are passionate about making a difference in kids' lives and have the ability to connect with kids of all ages. If so, this just may be the job for you!
In the position, you will have a good base starting salary and an uncapped incentive plan.
