Job Description

This position requires Assistant Commercial Property Management experience, preferably in retail and office. A Nevada Real Estate License and Property Management Permit is required.

Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Provide administrative support to ensure an efficient management department
  • Assist property managers in all aspects of property management
  • Coordinate, schedule, and obtain vendor proposals
  • Ensure tenant insurance compliance
  • Compose letters, emails, and other correspondence
  • Maintain and enforce all property management policies and procedures
  • Download, copy, scan, and organize documents and maintain filing
  • Prepare and analyze data, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management
