Assist with all aspects of the Division I Women's Soccer program at the University of Washington. This will include but is not limited to:

Recruiting and tracking prospective student-athletes. Coaching current student-athletes. Assist with fundraising and community service activities. Assist with team and administrative travel. Assist with the daily operations of the program.

Compliance with the rules and regulations of the University, the NCAA, the Pac-12 Conference, the State of Washington and any other governing body is of paramount importance to the University. The overall responsibility of this position is for the successful operation of the program in full compliance with all such rules and regulations. As a condition of employment, the Employee shall be required to participate in rules education programs offered by the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and two years of successful experience coaching soccer at a collegiate and/or professional level; or a combination of education and/or competitive experience playing and/or coaching soccer at a collegiate/professional level. Experience coaching female soccer athletes. U.S. Soccer Coaching License (or equivalent) preferred. Excellent written and verbal skills.

Computer literacy, recruiting database competency and working knowledge of video technology desirable.
