Assistant Caddie Golf Manager

We're hiring a Golf Caddie Manager in Dallas, TX.

The ideal Caddie Manager is a qualified leader who can effectively facilitate a world-class caddie program. As a Golf Caddie Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the demand for caddies at a premier Dallss golf course on a daily basis.

As a Caddie Manager, you will be the contact point for all caddies, so your communication skills should be excellent and prior management experience is preferred. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations. Your boss is only a phone call away but not physically present, so you need to be able to operate independently, be reliable and motivated.

Golf Caddie Manager Experience Requirements:

• Active and well-rounded personal presence in the company of people of all walks of life.
• Believer in putting other people first.
• Able to create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Able to relocate two times per year*.

Golf Caddie Manager Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft Suite, in particular Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Basic golf knowledge.
• A love of the game.
