Bakery Assistant Manager weekly hours will range from 40-50 hours per week options, with flexible shifts.

  • Training new staff
  • Nurturing the culture to be a fun place to work
  • Train shift leads to setup schedules for the shifts
  • Be a mentor/coach to the shift leads
  • Stay positive
  • Required to be able to climb ladders and lift product over 50 lbs
  • Inventory management and organization skills
  • Focus on the solutions and not on the problems
  • Communication with corporate entity as needed
  • Make sure all ingredients for the store are on site as needed
  • Support, and report to, General Manager
  • Learn as much as you can while having fun!
