The Assignment Coordinator position coordinates all non-sales assignment details including but not limited to customer service, travel, housing, and all assignment logistics. In addition they will be responsible to assist with training and mentoring of new employees as well has supporting management decisions and changes. Your role::

- Customer service representative to providers and clients
- Handles inbound and outbound phone calls and mail
- Processes and distributes marketing leads
- Arranges all assignment details and tracks them to completion
- Obtains first day instructions / orientation information for each assignment
- Arranges travel and housing
- Creates and distributes assignment documents such as Confirmation letters and Assignment Details letters
- Coordinates and distributes applications, contracts and amendments
- Data entry, document collection and electronic filing
- Assists Client Representatives/Provider Representatives in responding to new inquiries and/or questions from potential clients/doctors
- Provider and team contact for travel and housing issues and resolution
- Assist in training and mentoring new employees
- Support management decisions and changes
- Manages electronic fax and document management system
- Other duties as assigned
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based applications
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills in a fast paced team environment
- Professional level written and oral communication skills
- Proven time management and prioritization skills focusing on urgent and overlapping deadlines
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven accuracy with record keeping
- Capable of meeting goals and objectives
- Ability to work independently
- 2 years work experience in an administrative and/or customer service position
- Work experience in the health care or staffing industries
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
