The Bose IT organization is searching for a program manager with a strong Asset Management background to grow our Asset Management practice and drive organization success. You will work closely with infrastructure, software, information security, and business teams to develop and mature this capability. If you are a strong leader, possess solid communication and critical thinking skills, and have a proven track record for managing successful programs, this role is for you!

We are looking for exceptional candidates who can:

  • Discover and eliminate complexity, bottlenecks, and ambiguity by working collaboratively. Help to make the right trade-offs, escalate issues if required, and always stay cognizant of continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Build valued working relationships with technical leads in IT as well as with stakeholders and management.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skill, and an appropriate aptitude for Asset Management strategies, methodologies, and controls.
  • Drive Asset Management maturity to be integral in resiliency and cost decision making

What you will be responsible for in this role:

  • Drive Asset Management capability maturity models and roadmaps
  • Develop and implement Enterprise-wide resiliency governance, processes, and standards.
  • Promote Asset Management Best Practices including publishing metrics, identifying issues, impediments, and opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitate Asset Management strategy development, deployment, communication and measurement for the future state vision
  • Establish clear cross functional team commitments and ensure communication across teams and between leadership and the teams
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Asset Management practice team

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 8+ years of professional program management or related experience
  • A proven track record of successfully leading and implementing global, enterprise-wide Asset Management programs in a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated experience developing technology roadmaps
  • BS/MS in computer science, or other appropriate field
  • Understanding of ISO and ITIL frameworks
  • Excellent organization, coordination and facilitation skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills at all levels
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated
  • Exemplary team leadership
  • High caliber Agile portfolio and project management skills
  • Experience with RFP development, vendor evaluation and selection, and tool implementations
  • Keen and quick to understand business strategy
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
  • Embraces collaboration
  • Thinks critically and strategically
  • Strong customer focus and understanding of business value
  • Strong with various measurement techniques, ability to track and report on KPI’s
