Assembly Worker

Title: Assembler/Material handler

Days: Monday to Friday - 1st , 2nd or 3rd shift

Pay: 14.00 to 21.75 per hour with OT

Location: Cary, IL

This facility is the leading medical product manufacturer of easy-to-use, disposable products used by doctors and nurses to prevent healthcare-related issues. The products made at Stryker truly make a difference in how patients are being taken care of in hospitals and at home.

During the busy time of the year, Stryker offers a great deal of overtime. Stryker needs people to work Monday through Friday + a minimum of 2 hours of MANDATORY OT each day!! $$

Oral Care:

· 1st: 6:30 pm-2:30 pm- $14.00 per hour with OT 21.00 per hour

· 2nd: 2:30 pm-10:30pm - $14.25 per hour with OT 21.37 per hour

· 3rd: 10:30 pm-6:30am - $14.50 per hour with OT 21.75 per hour

Comfort Bath Pharma:

· 1st 7:00 am-3:00 pm- $14.00 per hour with OT 21.00 per hour

· 2nd: 3pm-11:00pm - $14.25 per hour with OT 21.37 per hour

· 3rd: 11pm-7:00am - $14.50 per hour with OT 21.75 per hour

*As a temporary employee through Kelly Services you will have access to affordable insurance plans that you can purchase from month to month, weekly electronic pay issued on Fridays, stable work shifts working Monday to Friday. We have a Kelly representative onsite that are there to ensure you are supported while working at Stryker, we will stay in touch with you throughout your assignment or you can always stop by our onsite office for assistance.

Oral Care: As a Light Assembler -

• You will be standing a full shift, assembling medical kits with objects the size of ketchup packets/toothbrush
• The Plastic packaging runs down the middle of the line, you will be placing the medical kit into the packaging.
• Lifting boxes that maybe between 10lbs-27lbs for 2 hours during your shift.
• You will be assigned to an “On-The-Job” trainer that works with you 1-on-1 during their training process.
• These positions do not allow you to wear any jewelry such as facial jewelry, rings or necklaces and wristwatches.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Comfort Bath Pharma: As a Packer you will -

• Packaging Operators work on a packaging line, packing small packages of bath wipes into boxes.
• You will be required to stand for the full 8-hours, walking around the packaging line (not in one place)
• You will be trained to use a manual pallet jack
• It is required to lift-up to 20-45lbs a few times per hour.
• Steel-toes are required, if not available, we will provide a steel toe cap cover for your shoes
• These positions do not allow you to wear any jewelry such as facial jewelry, rings or necklaces and wristwatches.

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
