Assembly Worker

Assembly Worker | $17.50+/hr - DOE

Monday - Friday, 6A - 2:30P (Summer Hours) / Monday - Friday, 7A - 3:30P (Winter Hours)

An established, family owned business specializing in the development and production of fertilizer equipment is looking for an Assembly Worker with excellent attention to detail, organization and planning skills to join their team in Emmetsburg, IA. The primary focus of this position will be to work with the rest of the manufacturing team by assembling jobs at workstations. The Assembler Worker will work Monday-Friday 6A-2:30P during the summer and 7A-3:30P during the winter months. This company is offering competitive pay and benefits for the right candidate. Responsibilities:

• Assemble different types of products
• Work with hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems
• Read and understand CAD drawings
• Communicate effectively - written and verbal
• Perform light quality control to ensure products are built correctly
• Assisting other departments as necessary
• Performing other duties as assigned
• General clean up of work area

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 75 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently
• Must be a team player
• Excellent mechanical proficiency
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate positive work habits and develop good working relationships with team mates
• Must be able to shift priorities easily
