Assembly Line Machine Operator

Stier Supply Company is currently seeking driven, self-motivated employees to join our Door Shop Production Line at our Distribution Center.

Hours: 7am, Monday-Friday (Full-time)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Operate and trouble shoot machines in an assembly line production environment
• How to build and frame interior and exterior doors
• Properly use hand and power tools, including nail guns, saws, drills, and other tools required
• Hands-on experience while familiarizing yourself with the different types of materials and trim used in door manufacturing

Qualifications:

• Experience operating machines in a fast paced assembly line production environment
• Ability to use a nail gun along with other hand tools
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Ability to lift 50-75lbs repetitively
• Ability to read and use a tape measure
• A valid driver?s license and reliable transportation
• To be able to pass a drug and background test
