The Assembly Worker will perform the following:

• Read production documents and follow written instructions;
• Perform inspections using precision measuring equipment;
• Light assembly using riveters, screw drivers, and other hand-held tools;
• Blue print reading;
• Visual inspection, wrapping, and packing of parts;
• Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean working environment;
• Periodic maintenance of equipment and machinery.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Clean background check
• Clean drug screen
• Valid driver’s license
• Provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation
• Steel toe work shoes
• Strong math skills
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work flexible hours to support overtime requirements
• Able to work and produce effectively with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work as a team member
• Most importantly, must be motivated, ambitious, have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and be eager to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
