This job consists of system-level electrical and mechanical assembly and integration of flight and ground training, including racks, trailer system level builds, and flight simulators. May have to disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and sub-assemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions. Must be able to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs

Basic Qualifications:
- Must have strong ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, drawings and procedures.
- Must be able to build complex assemblies using drawings or detailed work instructions.
- Successful candidate must have strong defect recognition skills and the ability to interact with peers and support team to improve build processes.
- Proficiency in cable routing per interconnect diagrams and drawings is required.
- Ability to acquire forklift certification.
- Prior experience building system-level assemblies, such as automated test stations or simulators.
- Experience working with Operations Excellence Teams (OETs) to identify process improvements.
- Experience working on manufacturing flow lines with multiple team members.
- Experience traveling and interacting with both internal and external customers.
- Experience with COS/SAP and EODIs. Familiarity with simulators for the M1 Abrams main battle tank, M2 Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV) variants, M3 Cavalry Fighting Vehicle (CFV).
