Acara Solutions is currently on the look out for a Medical Device Assembler for one of our top clients! This dynamic company is a global leader in medical technology and the manufacturer of the world’s most innovative devices. The assembler position is an integral part of the organization and responsible for a variety of hand, mechanical, electrical, and wafer assembly. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, working in a clean room environment, and utilizing low and high-power microscopes. Semiconductor and Wafer Fab experience is a huge plus! This company offers a career path in a growing industry including both medical device and semiconductor manufacturing. The benefits also include shift differential (for night shift), immediate potential for bonuses, and competitive compensation ranging between $16.50 to $17.50 (DOE). Location: Tempe, AZ 85281
Starting Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 + $2.70/hr Shift differential for night shift. Immediately eligible for bonuses, sick pay accrual and emergency sick leave pay.
Hours: 5:30 am – 6:42 pm OR 5:30 pm – 6:42 am, depending on preference. These 12-hour shifts will be three days a week with an alternating fourth day (every other week).
Environment: Cleanroom environment, with multiple precautions taken to maintain a Covid free environment.

Desired Experience: Good longevity in your work history and 2+ years of manufacturing experience, but not necessary! Job Requirements

R Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1-year Operator experience in semiconductor industry working in a clean room

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• 2 + years of manufacturing experience in a wafer fab environment/semiconductor
• 2 + years microscope experience
