**Job Overview: **
We are looking for those that work well with others, are hard-working and follow instructions well to come join our first shift. We offer $17.50 an hour to start, but if you have more experience than what's required we aren't afraid to pay more! We also offer a 5% increase at the end of the year if all metrics are met.
To be considered for the position, we'll need someone that can work in the US without requiring sponsorship, has graduated from high school, and has prior experience working in electrical assembly or a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse setting. We do not offer a relocation package for this position.
It's not required, but if you have prior experience working with panelboards and switchboards, complex electrical wiring, electrical equipment, reading wiring schematics, or with using various tools such as press brake, manual, electric, or pneumatic tools you will definitely stand out!
You'll be expected to be able to lift and move up to 35 pounds, communicate well with others, keep your workstation clean, and follow instructions and drawings.
We're looking for someone that can perform all assignments accurately and in a timely manner, perform routine maintenance throughout the plant, and take care of all finished products for shipment by loading and unloading vehicles. We expect you to keep up with jobs and communicate to others when there is an issue or when something is stopping you from completing your job.
