THIS POSITION QUALIFIES FOR A $500 HIRING BONUS!
Essential Functions:
Perform assembly functions to production requirements.
Education:
High school diploma or GEDCertifications:
If applicable:
- Soldering
- Leak check
- Forklift
Introductory Level: Primary focus is learning the process
- Successful completion of introductory period (6 months)
- Understands, accepts, and supports vision and key business goals
- Supports and demonstrates a well-organized, safe and clean workplace
- Basic understanding, support and commitment to the team and continuous improvement
- Resolves the problems at the lowest level possible
- Identifies possible solutions when communicating problems

- Ability to learn, understand and adhere to standard work

Essential Functions (Maximum Timeframe 6 months)
- Able to successfully complete standard work within takt.
- Successful completion means you are able to learn the station and meet the takt within two weeks of being assigned to the station, and sustain while you are assigned to the station
- Able to locate and understand assembly instructions from procedures, drawings and standard work instructions.
- Verifies and inspects work according to standard work
Qualified Level: Primary focus is performing the essential duties of the position
- Is committed to a continuous self-development plan

Essential Functions (Maximum Timeframe 12 months)
- Able to successfully complete standard work within takt.
- Willing to move to another area (assembly or internal supply), as needed.
- Able to achieve and maintain all department productivity standards
- Able to properly complete all paperwork in the department required for position
