Overview

• Starting Pay: $16.25 per hour
• 3 Months: $16.50, 6 Months: $16.75, 1 year: $17.25
• Sunday - Thursday, 2 pm –10:30 pm
• Overtime based on customer demand

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Assembles tire components on a standard assembly line using manual and automated processes
• Frequently lifts tires up to 50 lbs, lifting required at each station
• Rotate through multiple stations on a shift to ensure maximum alertness and preparation
• Inform supervisors of any tire defects to ensure prompt response to the problem
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Expectations

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for 7-8 hours a day
• Must be available for overtime and work weekends
• Have good communication skills and work as part of a team
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions

Qualifications and Experience

• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred but not required
