Job Description
ASA VII: Outpatient PT is looking for a individual to join our dynamic team in providing excellent customer service to Capital Region patients in a fast paced and positive environment.
BASIC FUNCTION
The Administrative Support Associate is responsible for multiple tasks from front-end customer service to back-end charge entry and insurance verification work. Ability to prioritize work duties, multitask, and work in multiple software programs.

The Administrative Support Associate is responsible for multiple tasks from front-end customer service to back-end charge entry and insurance verification work. Ability to prioritize work duties, multitask, and work in multiple software programs.

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Provide administrative day to day support for therapists, billing coordinator, and supervisor.
- Design, create, maintain, various Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.
- Proactively anticipate administrative needs and make informed decisions in regards to priorities; analyze situations carefully, recommend solutions, adopt effective courses of action.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts during the week from open to close (7am-7pm)
- High School diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Requires strong interpersonal relationship skills.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, healthcare, or financial and billing processes
- Strong communication skills
