AR/National Accounts

Full time National Accounts Receivable position. Great career opportunity with benefits including medical and dental insurance, 401k, disability and life insurance. Duties include: Entering vendor credit memos/invoices into company payable and receivables software, scanning credit invoices into company paperless system, work with Accounts Payable on balancing major vendor statements daily, balancing GL accounts on a daily basis, work with managers, salespersons and store admins through email or phone, word processing, spreadsheets, working on major vendor websites, and answering phones. Will also cross train in other departments of company.

Must be proficient in computer skills, Internet skills, Excel, Word, 10-key, typing speed of 50 wpm and must have strong interpersonal skills. Will work Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requires at least 5 + years of office experience/ clerical work, associate’s degree in accounting preferable. Starting pay is $15.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on qualifications.
