Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a full time Area Supervisor to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.
The Work:
- Manage assigned ID residential programs, including all aspects of program operations so that financial, personnel and program goals are achieved
- Monitor quality of services for all assigned programs, ensuring that all assigned programs comply with all applicable policies, procedures and regulations in compliance with licensing requirements
- Assist in the development and implementation of agency goals and objectives
- Support front-line supervisors and clinical experts to ensure cohesive team operations
- Collaborate with the clinical team ensuring consistency in documentation related to treatment
- Act as the point of contact for counties, hospitals, families, etc.
- Actively participate in county planning and decision making activities
- Follow through with all job duties consistent with the agency mission, vision, values, and strategic plan

Minimum Educational Requirements: (One of the following)
- Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours with 4 years of experience in intellectual disabilities
- Bachelor’s degree with two years of experience in intellectual disabilities
- Master’s degree with one year of experience in intellectual disabilities
Additional Minimum Requirements:
- Experience with regulatory compliance
- Two years supervisory/management experience
- Basic computer skills with the ability to utilize internal software programs
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
