Job Description

The Area Manager is a multi-faceted role with an industry leader where you will apply your customer service skills in the facility and property services industry to drive account retention and upsell opportunities. Your objectives are to ensure quality control of the maintenance and construction services we provide to commercial properties and make recommendations to sell enhancements to improve a property’s value.


Duties

  • Create a daily route and drive to see your portfolio of commercial properties to ensure 100% client satisfaction and account retention by conducting Site Audits
  • Submit monthly Site Audit reports to clients assessing quality control of contracted services with recommendations for property upgrades (enhancements: hauling, graffiti, landscape, painting, pot hole repair, etc.)
  • Regularly communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person to understand and meet their needs
  • Collaborate with sales, account management and operations teams to ensure efficient and effective outcome to dispute resolution with client accounts
  • Self-starter, independent, works well under pressure, accountable
  • Multi-task analytically (manage on-going contracts, special projects and clients)
  • Strong verbal and written skills for client and co-worker communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Commercial cleaning, janitorial, landscape, hospitality or logistics industry – a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – a plus
  • Drone pilot license – a plus

Compensation

$1,500.00 Training Bonus after 90 days

  • Base Salary: $62,500 to $75,000 per year (DOE)
  • Incentives will earn you 20%+ from extra work sales and P&L performance
