Area Custodial Services Manager (Central Texas) -PBS Of Texas

PBS of Texas division of Pritchard Industries, is a fast growing custodial services provider throughout Texas, seeking motivated candidates to manage daily operations in Austin and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

Manage custodial operations for many sites and locations throughout the Austin and Central Texas area. Respond to and resolve customer issues, ensure cleanliness of buildings serviced and task completion of staff and site managers. Assist site managers and supervisors with employee needs, and meet with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Preferred Experience:

Customer Service experience and janitorial industry knowledge.

Strong organizational abilities

Detail-oriented

Communication

Computer skills necessary (Microsoft Office)

Can multi-task and is an active problem solver

Bi-lingual is preferred, though not required (English/Spanish)

Standard work hours 8 am – 5 pm with occasional but limited night and weekend support.

Compensation – Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays. 401K Employer match after 1 year of service. Salary range $60k-$75k starting salary per year based on experience and qualifications, with room to grow with the company.
