Requirements
A suitable candidate should have, at minimum, a BA or BS from an undergraduate architectural program associated with a NAAB-Accredited B.Arch or M.Arch program for the architectural studio. A BLA or MLA or MUD is required for the landscape/ land planning studio
Experience level may be anywhere between beginning and completion of NCARB AXP but enrollment in AXP and pursuit of licensure is required. We train architectural interns and provide access to all areas of AXP and support during examinations.

Tangibles:
- This is a full-time paid position with benefits and an NCARB mentor to certify AXP
- Compensation is standard hourly up to 40 hours per week, any work in excess of 40 hours in a work week (overtime) shall be paid at 1.5 standard hourly.
- We work from around 8AM to around 6PM Monday to Thursday and close the office at noon on Friday to start the weekend early.
- We support team members during NCARB ARE examinations by paying for study resources and test fees.
- We have a Simple IRA and match contributions to 3%.
- We provide a stipend each month for health insurance.
- We provide 3 weeks PTO plus 7 paid holidays per year.
