A&R Scout

Job Title: A&R Associate
Job Description: Adrisel is a pioneer record label launching December 1st, 2020! We are looking for A&R associates to scout elite talent for our emerging company with a unique structure that will change the face of the music industry. Our A&R associates are the voices of our mission to give the creative control back to artists. We are looking for someone who understands and has a passion for the music industry.

Essential Requirements:

(Preferred) At least one year of experience with record labels, A&R and or talent scouting
An active listener with excellent verbal communication skills
A self-motivated and goal oriented team player
An individual who can successfully identify potential talent
An individual well versed on all social media networks

Someone who can scout up to 50 talents per day.

DESIRE TO GROW IN ROLE.

First 30 days (Month) is Contract Commission role. After one Month, you gain a review for a FULL TIME position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Experience:

• Music Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location:

• Fully Remote

• 1 - 3 months
