Job Description
We are actively hiring experienced Appointment Schedulers for our corporate office in Salt Lake City, UT. This position would be responsible for making outbound phone calls to prospective customers and scheduling appointments for our sales associates.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling to potential prospects and past customers
- Scheduling appointments with prospective clients on associate’s calendars
- Actively use and update the CRM system (customer relationship management) to document and track calls and interactions with potential customers
Requirements:
- Some experience with cold calling, customer service, qualifying sales leads and/or setting appointments is preferred
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional and friendly phone personality
- Prior experience with CRM software is preferred
- Previous experience in financial industry is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
