Job Description

We have positions open at our location in Clinton Township for part time and full time Appointment Setters to join our team! You will be responsible for taking inbound and making outbound calls with customers and scheduling appointments for product and service information.

Responsibilities:
*Handle customer inquiries.
*Schedule and organize appointments for our staff to meet with our clients.
*Document and update customer records based on interactions
*Develop and maintain a client relationship.

Qualifications:
*Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or other related fields
*Ability to build rapport with clients
*Ability to prioritize and multitask
*Positive and professional demeanor
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Able to type operate your way around a computer.
*Must be available evenings and weekends.
Compensation includes hourly wage plus bonus and incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $26.00 per hour
