Our pediatric transdisciplinary (OT/PT/SLP/ABA) partner practice in Hudson County and Essex County New Jersey is currently accepting applications for an ABA - RBT Program Supervisor & Training Manager. Please be advised that candidates must have at least 5 years in the ABA field with 2 years in a leadership training role with emphasis on training RBTs. In addition, candidates must hold an active RBT certification. We are also accepting applications from BCBA licensed therapists in New Jersey. This role will directly mentor, train, and support onboarding efforts for all behavior tech positions.
Our broad thinking approach address the whole child by collaborating with doctors, therapists, schools, specialists, family members, and influencer's in the child's life. We have 2 clinic locations in addition to supporting children in the school setting and home setting. In addition, we integrate telehealth virtual care delivery when needed as an adjunct to ensure children are reaching their milestones day in and day out.
Our ABA Program Supervisor & Training Manager will be responsible for oversight of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) program inclusive of refining policies and procedures, developing accountability measures, training protocols, assessing functional and clinical deficits in staff, business development and growth-oriented functions, and producing a consistent caseload of 24 to 28 billable treatment hours per week.
Sample Job Expectations:
- Produce 24 to 28 billable treatment hours per week (behavior intervention)
- Refine and expand training protocols for all registered behavior technicians
- Create educational training library and accountability measures
- Optimize policies and procedures based on functional and clinical deficits to ensure RBTs are effective and efficient
- Collaborate with transdisciplinary leadership team and clinicians to ensure ABA program is integrating appropriately and quality outcomes and objectives are being reached continuously.
- Ensure clients receive the full clinical prescription and treatment plan is optimized with appropriate data collection and goals
- Develop ongoing trainings for monthly in-services, clinical collaborations, etc.
- Submit key performance indicators to leadership board on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Support the human resources department with clinical interviews, RBT onboarding oversight, orientation, and employee setup process.
Compensation:
This role will have a base salary of $55,000 to $65,000 depending on licensure, leadership experience, etc. This is a fully benefited role inclusive of PTO, health benefits contribution, etc. This role will qualify for a bonus structure after 6 months of employment with earning potential tied to the growth and performance of the ABA department. This role has incredible earning potential for the right ABA leader. Inorder to optimize your financial potential, this role is best for someone who is ready to work hard and do anything to succeed. There will be 60 hours weeks and there will be 40-hour weeks but hard work will pay off for the right individual. This is a career role not a stepping stone role.
Logistics & Requirements:
This role has strict guidelines to qualify, please ensure you align with all of the following:
- Minimum Licensure: Registered Behavior Technician Certification
- ABA Experience: 5 years of consistent ABA experience
- Leadership & training experience: 2 years of training and building training resources for RBTs
- Other experience preferred: serving in a human resources role or one that was responsible for completing orientations, performance reviews, etc.
- Additional Expectations: The right candidate for this role is someone who has a "grind it out" work ethic with the ability to motivate, empower, and train others. We are seeking a superior communicator.
- Locations: This role will require a candidate to cover both Hudson and Essex counties in New Jersey (We are seeking a candidate that already reside in these counties)
