Apartment Turn Technician

What Will You Be Doing?

• Apartment turns
• General apartment maintenance including, but not limited to:
• Electrical - relay switches, fan motors, run capacitors and conversions
• Plumbing - slab leaks, angle stop replacements, hot water heater replacements, faucets
• Drywall - patching and texturing
• Locks & Re-keying
• Appliance - troubleshooting and repairing dishwashers, refrigerators, garbage disposals, and washers/dryers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of apartment turn experience
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Self-starter who demonstrates professionalism and can work independently
• Valid driver's license

What Are We Looking For?

• Experience with apartment turns.
• Must be able and willing to work one weekend day
• Must be available for an on-call rotation

Salary is based on experience, hourly rate and is competitive!
