Apartment Maintenance Technician

Apartment maintenance is a fast paced rewarding position. We offer our tenants and community superior service, quality apartments and quick response to maintenance requests. We are looking to hire people who possess the same focus, drive and dedication!

Main Job Duties:

* Working to maintain curb appeal, pleasant apartment homes, and a clean community

* Apartment turnovers-cleaning, prepping and repairing units to be move-in ready

* General Maintenance repairs consisting of; minor electrical, plumbing, construction, painting, appliance repair & general maintenance repairs.

* Assist maintenance personnel with projects

* Landscaping/mowing lawns/grounds clean up

*monthly safety training requirements must be met

Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent

* Previous work experience in related field a plus

* General knowledge of tools

* Ability to regularly left up to 50lbs

* Resident focused; a self-starter and reliable team member

* Carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge

* Strong organization and technical skills to service apartment units and property

* Valid driver's license and own transportation needed

* Ability to regularly walk, climb, kneel, crouch and stand for long periods.

* Ability to work outside and regularly exposed to all weather elements including extreme cold or heat, rain, sleet and snow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift

License/Certification:
