Firm Analytics partners with business areas to provide analytical insights for firm decision making and strategic planning. The Analytics Enablement team architects business intelligence and analytics solutions to enable business areas to execute reporting and descriptive analytics locally. The team ensures a positive data & analytics user experience and fosters connections throughout the firm-wide Analytics Community.
Analytics Enablement Team Leader
The Team Leader serves as the individual responsible for development and execution of analytics enablement solutions for the 2000+ users in the Analytics Community.
Key Responsibilities:
This individual executes on the strategy of the team through delivering milestones on the team's roadmap and informs future strategy in partnership with their leadership.
Responsible for recruiting, hiring and developing the diverse talent necessary to fulfill Data & Analytics purpose and business outcomes.
Mentor and coach analysts through the discovery, design and implementation of enablement solutions for users across the firm.
Create repeatable and scalable frameworks that can be leveraged to execute the work. Ensure the core processes are followed and hold team accountable to the deliverables required of each phase to promote consistent, transparent, and quality results.
Develop and manage business relationships with senior leaders and executive-level management across the organization.
Communicate across a wide range of audiences with specialized subject matter expertise including firm strategic programs, product management, and technology.
Position Qualifications:
Minimum 7+ years of experience with progressive responsibility in a business, analytical, financial, or economic role.
Prior direct people leadership experience required.
Proficient knowledge of analytics, business intelligence and data management principles and application.
Ability to lead a growing team of analysts and prioritize multiple projects from all areas of the firm.
Demonstrated ability to provide strategic direction and technical leadership to align objectives and solutions to overall firm strategy
Excellent communication skills with associates and leadership using verbal, written and presentation skills required.
Ability to overcome ambiguity and deliver results in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Project management skills preferred.
Consulting and/or business development experience is preferred.
