You will create an analytic roadmap to support the HR Center of Excellence, identifying and writing user stories, prioritizing work and managing a backlog. You will develop analytics strategies that are customer-centric, using data to solve business problems, answer questions, guide decisions, and improve the effectiveness of HR teams in supporting employees.

Working cross-functionally, you will build consensus to implement your strategies and solutions in iterative and incremental ways. You will work to drive data literacy within the HR Center of Excellence, encouraging stakeholders to integrate data and analytics into day-to-day business operations, using data to make informed decisions. You will be a hands-on leader, supporting and advocating for your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify research, predictive, and measurement strategies for assigned clients.
  • Consult with your client on the data they present and communicate; lead in utilizing data visualization best practices to tell stories that drive both engagement and action.
  • Influence clients to integrate data into decision-making, increase data literacy, and build acceptance of tools, programs, and services.
  • Create and scope projects that shape new analytics products or services. Develop and represent client analytics roadmaps, manage complex multi-stream and long-term analytics programs, and advocate client interests.
