This position will assist in the development and implementation of programs and activities to ensure compliance with required policies, procedures, regulations, and laws, including federally mandated program requirements; ensure accurate management of training records and required background checks; collect, organize, and review documentation related to individual, group, and institutional compliance requirements, and assist in the development and/or update of policies and procedures related to compliance. Promote and build the YPP social media. Bachelor’s degree or higher plus two (2) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Background in the field of children and youth protection. Excellent written communication skills. Experienced and skillful public speaker. Experience training multigenerational adults. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, emphasis on Excel. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate. Experience working in an academic environment. Prior experience working with UT policies and procedures. Experience working with UT Box, Workday, Define, etc. $45,000 + depending on qualifications Typical office environment Schedule could include nights and weekends and travel to other University Campuses may be required. Additional hours might be required during peak periods.
