About the Position Wilderness Torah seeks an experienced Youth Programs Director to play the central role in directing the suite of youth programs including B’hootz (K-5), B’naiture (6-8), Shomrim (teens), and at community programs. General Responsibilities Financial Management: Budgeting, Payments, Reimbursements, Fundraising Curriculum Development: Develop Curriculum, Support mentor implementation Staff Management: Supervise Staff, Hire and Supervise Mentors, Offer Mentor Training, Provide Mentorship and Supervision Program Implementation: Maintain Policies, Support Marketing & Communication, Information Sessions, Evaluations, Program Site Procurement Community Relationships & Communications: Build and maintain relationships with families, Oversee written communications Community Programs: Support festival youth programs, Help create family friendly culture Experience and Skills Desired: Pay and Benefits: To apply: We encourage diverse candidates who will be a leader in integrating our work and values.
