As a valued team member, you are eligible for: As a Youth Counselor you will be responsible for providing direct care services to clients while evaluating the progress of the treatment plan in a residential treatment setting. This position will assessing client interactions and formulating interventions based on the identified treatment plan of each client. Specific duties include: What you need: To qualify you must be at least 21 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or GED. A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field of study is preferred, but not required. Additional requirements include: Social distancing measures are taken and face masks are required. Temperatures are taken at the beginning of each day for all personnel including new hires. Visitor access is limited.
