We are seeking a dynamic, self-starter to join our Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) organization as a Field Program Manager on the WorkingWell Training and Conditioning team. WorkingWell Training and Conditioning is a health and safety program consisting of many scalable components that support the personal well-being of Amazonians by preventing injury and illness. In this position, you will work on developing innovative new program components to improve the health of Amazon employees (including corporate employees and Associates) and lead execution of these solutions to Amazon sites. This position will be virtual and is an individual contributor role. This position will report directly to the WorkingWell Field Program Manager.
The successful candidate will be an experienced public health professional, with a track record of developing and executing scalable programs that improve well-being and promote healthy behaviors. This will require cross-team coordination, strong project management skills, and excellent communication. To be effective in this role, the candidate will effectively multitask and prioritize, utilize data to drive decisions, and maintain a high level of independence. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous work environment as we constantly grow, improve and innovate.
In this position, you will work across teams to earn trust, gain buy-in and develop and execute to a plan. The Field Program Manager will partner with various teams including site WHS and Operations teams, WorkingWell Program team, and other stakeholders across Amazon business units.
