Photronics Inc, is looking for an Wet Clean Engineer. The Wet Clean Engineer is a hands on role crucial to the effective operations of the business. This assignment is a Full time position exempt role. Photronics will provide on the job training to help the candidate be successful.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Wet Cleans Engineer reports directly into a Wet Process & Dry Etch Coordinator in the Engineering Group and focuses on manufacturing support, tool and process qualification/integration, and area continuous improvement. A successful candidate must be able to execute in a complex, cross functional and fast-paced mask manufacturing environment. Servicing internal and external customers by reducing cycle time, improving yield, and managing costs are essential elements of success.

A successful candidate must:

• Have experience wet cleans or other aqueous processes in a mask or wafer environment
• Have a working understanding of general chemistry
• Be able to productively collaborate with adjacent groups in engineering, quality, supply chain, operations, equipment support, facilities, and sales.
• Have experience with SPC in order to maintain stable and capable processes.
• Understand DOE, and be able to deploy the same, in continual improvement and development activities
  

Qualifications/ Skills/ Attributes

• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• EDUCATION: Requires 2 - 4 years of related experience or a possess a BS,MS, or PhD in an accredited Engineering or Physics program
