Scheduling: Weekend Caregiver / Assistant (9:00 am - 9:00 pm) to care for our senior "friends"

The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of housekeeping, daily living, and administrative tasks

Responsibilities:

• Administer Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
• Keep kitchen clean and sanitized
• Light housekeeping duties (bathroom toiletry sweeps to check for cleanness, and any other duties needed or given by Director)
• Grocery Shopping (using Instacart)
• Monthly calendars & newsletters for families and seniors
• Back-up to evening and/or overnight shifts
• Help residents as needed with mobility
• Report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Competencies:

• Proven experience as a caregiver
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR) IS A PLUS (not required)
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Night shift
• Weekends

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• CNA (Preferred)
