We are in search of someone with a “get it done” attitude for this position, who can contribute to loading, unloading and delivery tasks. Someone who possesses an attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality are a must. A positive attitude is required and a hard work ethos is necessary. The team first culture of this team is required, and working well with others is necessary. As a growing craft brewer our pace is fast, changes can be quick and stress can be high, at times. This role is required to:

• Safe and efficient fork truck operation

• Loading, unloading, and delivery of packaged products from DBC’s warehouse

• Pull, pick and load of daily deliveries for taprooms

• Deliver and unload delivery truck of kegs to own taproom locations

• Maintain and organize cooler/warehouse space

• Pull and stretch wrap product from production line

• Organize raw ingredients and packaging materials throughout warehouse

• Perform warehouse/dock cleaning tasks

• Maintain a clean, safe delivery truck

• Someone who can work smart, multitask, and understand time efficiency

• Someone who can follow, improve, and create SOP’s focused on efficiently storing, loading, unloading and delivering a great product

Additional Requirements*
*

• Ability to lift and maneuver 150 lbs kegs

• Able to quickly learn and use computer software (Google Suite, Gmail, EKOS, Excel)

• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including LP & electric forklift

• Effectively work within team environment

• Passion for hard work

• Flexible schedule with the freedom to work long days

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

• The Canworks brewery is loud, wet, fast paced and unpredictable.

• Able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8-10 hours per day).

• Able to frequently lift heavy materials (minimum 55 lb. boxes shoulder high up to 50 times daily) and maneuver 160 lbs kegs.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
