Hiring Immediately!!! Production Team Member Wendover Art Group is a privately-owned, domestic manufacturer of artwork and wall decor. Since 2005, the Company has grown from a highly concentrated wholesaler of reproduction art to an industry leading, vertically integrated designer and manufacturer of artwork for the commercial, residential, and corporate markets. Wendover has grown revenue by over 12x since 2009 and has built a solid foundation for continued growth and opportunity. A Production Team Member makes art while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. A Production Team Member has a Growth Mindset and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for and have the opportunity to learn and dominate multiple roles including operating production line equipment, finishing products and ensuring artwork is exceeds all quality standards. A Production Team Member must work daily to live “One Wendover”, embody Wendover’s Core Values of Honor, Team, Excellence, and Smart, and have the daily discipline to improve every 90 days. Production Team Members have opportunities for these positions at Wendover Art Group: Warehouse - Receive, sort & deliver raw materials to Lines. Saws - Cut moulding for frames at a table saw. Joining - Join pieces of moulding to make frames. Print - Feed print machines, cut & sort prints for the Lines. Mat Area - Prepare printed pieces for framing by adding foam & mats. Canvas Stretching - By machine and/or by hand, stretch canvases over subframes. Specialty - Apply artisan finishes to pieces. (Prepare 3D objects for shadowboxes, apply gold leafing & special applications.) Hand Finishing - Apply artisan finishes to canvases. (Paint & roll canvases.) Glass Cutting - Cut glass for the Lines. Fitting - Put together frames, glass & prints to make a complete piece. Hardware - Add hardware (hooks & wires) to completed pieces. Putty & Corners - Apply putty at the joints of frames & add cardboard corners. Packing - Prepare finished art & mirrors for shipping. Forklift - Operate a forklift in an area of the factory.
