Warehouse Lead Associate/Supervisor Details

Ryptic - San Francisco, CA

Employment Type : Full-Time

Ryptic is looking for a full-time Warehouse Lead Associate, with the potential for promotion to Warehouse Supervisor as the team grows.

Associate Responsibilities:

  • Kitting and Fulfillment work - assemble and ship gift packages for our virtual clients
  • Fill gift packages with 99.9%+ accuracy
  • Box and ship packages (must be comfortable using online shipping platform to print labels)
  • Maintain output of 10 completed packages/hour, with bonuses for higher output
  • Restock our raw supplies, including lifting heavy boxes (10-30lbs)
  • Sweep and gather recycling, maintain a clean and safe work environment

Additional Lead Associate/Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory and update inventory logs (must be comfortable updating a spreadsheet)
  • Communicate fulfillment errors (i.e. missing apartment number) to the customer service team

Core Requirements:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Efficiency - we will measure production quantities and provide bonuses for exceeding quotas
  • Reliability - we want to know we can rely on you (timeliness, good communication with managers)
  • Safety minded. Comply with all company and OSHA safety guidelines at all times
  • Able to perform repetitive kitting tasks while sitting or standing (filling jars with paint, tying bows with ribbon, etc.)
  • Able to handle repetitive heavy lifting tasks

Required Physical Abilities:

  • Ability to routinely lift heavy items (typically 100 boxes/week, 10-30 lbs. each)
  • Able to perform repetitive fine motor tasks (filling jars with paint, tying bows with ribbon)
  • Ability to comfortably move around the facility, both inside and outside.
  • Ability to stand throughout a shift, walk, bend and kneel as needed.
