Follow GMP/PPE and all Safety guidelines Staying on top of the communications with the sister plants on various shipping and transfer communications. Communicate trailer moves with dispatch Knowledge & understanding of how to maintain safe work environment Send warehouse progress updates, at the direction of the supervisor/coordinator Comply with SQF Regulatory Programs Work safely around moving equipment & conveyors in the wet environment Maintain a clean work area Print picklists for all orders and organize picking paperwork Communicating with production on ready times for product dispatching. Compile the shipping documentation and provide it to dispatch Reprint orders when adjustments are made Ensure proper tracking of iGPS and chep and enter the information into the portal. Partner with QA for YUM hold and release orders (FLO/IRW) Print the pending list report and planner load report Check each order in DSI and JDE to ensure the status has updated correctly before giving the paperwork to dispatch to process BOL Organize orders as per planner load report (picking and loading) Partner with Customer Logistics on weight orders changes or modification Ensure that the whole sale items for YUM are delivered each day are loaded on the correct trailers Obtain verification from the loader that the temp tail was placed on the correct load. Print labels from RPDMS for YUM products Update appropriate spreadsheet and reports Staying current on emails and alerting the supervisor/coordinator of last minute changes. This might include, but not be limited due last minute order additions, allocations, etc. Close all ST orders daily. Knowledge (What special information does the person need to know?)
