We have had the Tenacity here at our Romulus Facility of gaining recognition for maintaining a safe environment for our employees to work in for 250 days and counting!

We at Merit Logistics work alongside multiple companies in the warehouse to ensure, safe, efficient, and satisfactory services to our on-site Client Kroger Distribution.

We do our part by offloading delivery trucks, breaking down and sorting pallets of products per dimensional and numerical requirements, then securely wrapping the pallets for safe transport and storage within the facility.

What we are asking from you is:

• Warehouse experience as a plus but not necessary, we will train the right candidate.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• The ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
• The ability to meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• The ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, without advanced notice.
• The ability to work as a team and by yourself, even under pressure.
• The ability to adhere to all rules and regulations in the warehouse.
• Reliable transportation to and from work
