The SDS team at Leidos currently has an opening for a Warehouse and Logistics coordinator to work in our Haverhill MA location. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the SDS team achieve its mission of inventory accuracy, timely shipments, and systems support. In this mission, we control inventory from arrival to shipment, maintain a robust cycle counting program, troubleshoot issues, and provide system support to our team members and management team.Primary Responsibilities
  • Supports team with any inventory related questions and troubleshoots issues to resolution
  • Helps to direct product to designated storage areas; adjusting storage areas according to storage and shipping requirements; updating location database.
  • Prepares shipment paperwork by verifying location; directing movement to staging area; posting shipments and resolving problems.
  • Coordinates with the Leidos Traffic Department for international shipments. Documents actions by completing forms and records and presents data to the Traffic Department in an timely, orderly and consistent manner.
  • Monitors inventory accuracy by ordering Cycle Counts and resolves discrepancies with urgency.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplishes distribution and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.
Basic Qualifications
  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience.
