We are seeking a VP, Strategy & Programming to join the Content Strategy & Acquisitions (CS&A) team at Meta.Reporting to the head of CS&A, this leader will develop and oversee our content strategy and programming approach for our various apps and surfaces. In service of this goal, they will collaborate closely with a range of stakeholders in product, partnerships, marketing, legal, finance, engineering, and other areas, with an eye to integrating the priorities of these groups, and harmonizing strategy across key surfaces. They will accelerate complex cross-pillar and cross-app projects, bringing together the right stakeholders, developing frameworks, aligning on tradeoffs, and advancing key initiatives.The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in digital content strategy, ideally with a focus on ad-supported, user-created content at a tech and/or media company. They will also bring a highly-attuned product sense, combined with experience in strategic planning and analysis, and a data-driven approach to decision making. In addition, they will bring a proven track record of analyzing and synthesizing complicated and ambiguous information, solving complex problems, providing visionary leadership in digital value creation, and working persuasively among leaders and matrixed organizations.This role will manage a team focused on content strategy and programming across Meta product areas, as well as play an important cross-functional role with adjacent functions (e.g., product, analytics, finance, deal and partnerships teams, etc.). We are looking for someone who will transcend reporting lines, and shift seamlessly between managing day-to-day projects and providing strategic counsel at an executive level across a range of functions.
