The VP, Associate Creative Director (ACD) fosters creative inspiration and fresh ideation for a group of Designers/Art Directors. He or she thinks about our business and brands both creatively and strategically. The VP, ACD manages multiple brands and carries a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the creative department and big-picture agency initiatives. He or she contributes high-level creative ideas but can also execute day to-day tasks as needed. As a VP, ACD, you must be able to identify potential problems and function as an independent decision maker. The VP, ACD participates in and leads new business pitches in addition to managing their brands and group needs. He or she directly manages client relationships at high creative and strategic levels, excels at client presentations, knows how to fight for award-winning creative, and embraces the strategy behind the brands he or she manages. The VP, ACD Art partners with Creative Directors, Business Leaders, and Strategists to think on initiatives outside of traditional brand work.
