Company Description The person in this position has the responsibility to carry out a variety of duties including, but not limited to: managing a caseload of individuals, assessment of intakes requiring independent judgement of proposed contracted services and authorizations, processing of referrals, the completion of vocational profiles, job development plans, navigation of the on-boarding/training process and transitioning to long-term, waivered employment support services. This position will work closely with VRS to market services, build relationships, and cultivate referrals. The VRC will be required to address complex billing and invoicing procedures independently and will be required to think both critically and strategically to manage contacts in Dungarvin’s VRS referral network, primary contacts in area transition schools and at businesses throughout the community. Candidates must support the full integration of adults with disabilities in the community by helping them secure and retain direct-hire employment.
