We’re building a team of inspiring and authentic RDN coaches who can effectively deliver our virtual telehealth programs that help people who have been diagnosed with chronic conditions like Type 2 Diabetes lead healthier and happier lives. Our team of coaches are at the helm of supporting this change, and integral in the evolution of how our programs evolve in their design and facilitation. You can expect to join a fast-paced environment in which change is a constant, and represent us at the intersection of technology, nutrition support, and our participants. You'll work closely with participants throughout their journey, helping them create a customized plan that will allow them to identify clear, actionable steps to better manage their condition(s) and fulfill their health-related goals, while supporting Monj Health in fulfilling it’s program deliverables. The Company: Monj Health is a growing digital health company based in the Bay Area that partners with consulting health coaches to provide evidence-based programs for chronic conditions including obesity, Type 2 Diabetes, and CVD. The Position: We’re currently hiring RDN health coaches who live in the states of California and Virginia, and meet our requirements as outlined below. It is ideal for qualifying health coaches who have an entrepreneurial mindset, are motivated to work interdependently with us (and are not currently employed or under contract in a competitive space), and who thrive in a remote, fast-paced, quickly evolving working environment devoted to supporting people manage and improve their chronic condition management. Compensation will be discussed with all viable applicants. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity. Responsibilities: The Location: This is a remote position. Must be available to work within the United States, and be currently residing in the states of California, Virginia, or Georgia.
