The Role

This position is responsible for supporting the PI senior executive business routines, driving alignment across PI on priorities and execution plans, actively manage the business routines’ backlog with the senior team, and providing coordination of logistics with all relevant parties as needed. This role is critical in continuing to focus on business priorities of most value to attaining the business strategic objectives.

  • Develop, working with SLT members, a clear strategic agenda of topics driven by strategic business objectives
  • Continue to shift the discussion to focus on work and customer value by reviewing on roadmaps and execution
  • Establish clear outcomes for various topics, bringing the right topics to right forums with the relevant members of the SLT
  • Instill further accountability by constantly reviewing planned action items with dependences and share consistently for transparency
  • Follow-through, prepare for, and manage SLT forums in more planful, disciplined way
  • Play an active role in communication / change management needed to explain senior team decision to the organization
  • Drive digitizing business routines & focus on high value activities
  • Coordinate logistics needed for business routines
  • Provide synthesis write up for all decisions & action items
  • Routinely refresh the purpose of each forum and how they fit together

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • Demonstrated influencing and leadership across large groups
  • Execution-driven professional with a successful track record of working in large, complex organizations with senior leadership to create alignment and drive execution
  • Successful track record collaborating across multiple organizations to create alignment and drive execution prioritization
  • Experience with Agile practices and tools
  • Bachelor's degree, plus MBA preferred
  • 12-15+ Years of Experience
  • Strong strategic skills and proven ability to translate a strategic vision into actionable plans
  • Strong organizational & interpersonal skills including the ability to manage by influence and build strong relationships at all organization levels.
  • Project /Program management skills
  • Ability to understand complex business problems and synthesize analysis and research into strategic insights and practical solutions recommendations
  • Skilled at working with senior executive leadership team with challenging priorities and key dependencies.
  • Strong analytical, written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously and prioritize appropriately
  • Must be an outstanding communicator - both written and verbal - have a sense of humor and a balanced perspective
  • Ability to oversee and prepare executive-quality meeting materials
  • Demonstrated management experience with strong people development skills
