Vice President of Marketing Summary:The VP of Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to achieve revenue goals to support the company’s fast-faced growth. This role is a highly cross-functional, strategic role which will require both creative and analytical thinking. They work closely with leaders across sales, trade, operations, IT, and managed care. The VP of Marketing is an executive leader, responsible for the creation and execution of Onco360, CareMed, and ConnectMed360’s marketing campaigns to generate revenue and own our brands. The responsibilities of the role include campaign strategy development, program execution, team management, executive reporting, and process optimization. The position requires a driven, innovative and energetic marketing leader, with a talent for empowering high performing teams and an ability to get things done. Vice President of Marketing Major Responsibilities:- Develop and own marketing and communication strategies in conjunction with the business segment owners for all product lines within Onco360, CareMed, and ConnectMed360
- Establish a predictable pipeline generation machine to enable the company to beat growth targets
- Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics, and strategy accordingly
- Lead a high-powered marketing team responsible for providing end to end execution on focused marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with sales, trade, operations, IT, and managed care to ensure message optimization and cross-functional alignment.
- Participate in quarterly and annual planning of company’s objectives
- Guide successful execution for all marketing products within the team, including building a clear definition for all brands and brand guidelines
- Work collaboratively to build, inspire, manage and grow a high-performing team.
- Be a strong collaborator and partner.
- Forecast the hiring needs for the Marketing department and attract, hire, and retain top talent to grow our marketing efforts, while coaching and developing team members for longer term organizational success
- Function as an executive leader and doer, providing leadership and insights, supporting strategic objectives, and being a hands-on member of the team
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
Vice President of Marketing Requirements:Education/Learning Experience- Required: BA/BS Degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience
- Desired: MBA desired
Work Experience- Required: 10-15 years’ experience in roles of increasing responsibility. Multiple years of leading, growing, and scaling top performing marketing teams
- Desired: Prior experience in pharmaceutical or specialty pharmacy preferred.
Desired Skills:- Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role within healthcare, software development, and data analytics space.
- Must have a firm grasp of digital marketing best practices yet have an innate curiosity to continually investigate new trends.
- Experience with digital and non-digital demand gen tactics
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite marketing software.
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
Travel:- Moderate travel required (30%)
